Falling off the ladder.

Man, I am in pain!!!!
Earlier today me and my boss were working on pulling old cables from one of our old sales offices.
While being on a 6' stepladder the ladder slipped sideways from under me, and down I came like a sack of spuds.
Landing on my back and right side whacking my head on the wall in the process….. Holy shit it hurt.
My boss ran in and helped me up and sat me down, checking if I was OK. My initial feeling was just a dazed bruising.
After a while my back started hurting bad and I felt light headed. I decided to call my doctor and got a appointment.
Thankfully he said it is just extremely heavy internal bruising. He prescribed me some strong painkillers and told me to take it easy.
Also said it would very painful the next few days… and total healing could take up to 4 weeks!!!!
This all sucks big time since on sunday it is the last full day of RC flying at the field…. I am bumming.
Thank god for my wonderful wife… she has done so much for me already and I hope she can stand a whiny soar hubby for a few weeks.

Who is Jack Schitt you ask?

The lineage is finally revealed. Many people are at a loss for a response when someone says " you don't know jack schitt."
Now you can intellectually handle the situation. Jack is the only son of Awe Schitt and O Schitt.
Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O Schitt, the owner of kneedeep N. Schitt, Inc.
In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt, and the deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Giva Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins, Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents' wishes, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced.
Noe Schitt later married Mr. Sherlock, and because her kids were living with them, she wanted to keep her previous name. She was then known as Noe Schitt-Sherlock.
Dip Schitt married Loda Schitt and they produced a nervous son, Chicken Schitt.
Fulla Schitt and Giva Schitt were inseparable throughout their childhood and subsequently married the Happens brothers in a dual ceremony.
The wedding announcement in the newspaper announced the Schitt-Happens wedding. The Schitt-Happens children are Dawg, Byrd, and Horse.
Bull Schitt, the prodigal son left home to tour the world, and recently returned from Italy with his new bride, Pisa Schitt.
So now when someone says, "you don't know Jack Schitt", you can correct them.

Lost and found

On Friday I was flying my mini ultra stick and totally lost control over it, ditched it into the cornfield…. went looking for it and could not find it no matter what.
Yesterday I was determined to find it. Isaac and Lester helped me to find it, we walked over 180 rows of corn without finding it. I was beat and my feet hurt so bad due to the uneven ground on the field.
After spending almost two hours in the corn we gave up. I went to BK and got lunch for all of us. Later on Isaac was testing another flyers yak and lost the cowling in the cornfield…. While flyers were looking for the cowling they found my plane!!!! AMAZING!
